Code of Conduct

Everyone who attends Ludo Lunch needs to follow our code of conduct. Please follow these guidelines throughout the event to ensure the event is safe and enjoyable for everybody.

Ludo Lunch will take place in a public area, because of this we need to make sure that the venue is kept clean and attendees are not damaging or disrupting to the area. Please take all rubbish with you when you leave, we’ll be providing rubbish bags if needed.

We also want to make sure that we are respectful to the public and keep in mind children may be in attendance. It’s everyone’s responsibility to make sure everyone feels welcome and safe at Ludo Lunch.

We want to make sure this event is enjoyable for everyone, so we’re a setting a high standard for behaviour. Please be considerate and try not to say anything that could potentially be offensive to others. Also, because we are a family friendly event, adult content is not appropriate. Anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave.

Please avoid making offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity and religion. Be considerate that some people may not want your attention or conversation and ask before taking photos.

If you’re feeling uncomfortable, see anyone else feeling uncomfortable or are concerned about anything, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help however we can.
